Municipal/Government applications can vary widely in their purpose and associated needs.
From the optimization of public works resources to the coordination of first responders to enhanced public access of government records, universally available cellular connectivity is central to all these efforts. Adding to the challenge is the often historic and architectural significance of our government buildings.
Challenge: To provide a neutral host Distributed Antenna System to this historically and architecturally significant facility.
Solution: By working with the capitol architect we were able to find cable pathways and antenna locations that would provide the wireless service needed and avoid any visual impact to the sensitive areas of the building. To support final approvals we created photo simulations to show what antennas would look like against their back drop.
