Lexico offers a 90 day money-back guarantee on all repeater kits (subject to terms and conditions) sold through this website, as long as products are returned in as-new condition and in the original packaging materials they were shipped in.
Before starting a return

Creating a return
Please read the following conditions before initiating a return:
- Products must be returned in original packaging, undamaged, and free of any surface blemishes or scratches.
- The return must be initiated within 90 days from when it was delivered.
- The RMA number must be clearly marked on the packaging.
- Products must be returned with a valid RMA number (see below).
- Does not apply to products which indicate they have a shorter return period on the product page.
- Does not apply to bulk reels of cable (e.g. 500 ft and 100 ft reels)
Does not apply to custom-made items, e.g. custom cut cables.
At our discretion we may offer a partial refund or charge a restocking fee, in particular if any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
We’ll always replace any products that are defective or damaged within 90 days, and coordinate with the manufacturer during the warranty period. If you need to have equipment swapped out, please call us at 1-866-304-3830.
In order to return a product to Waveform.com you need a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). You can get one by calling us at 866-304-3830, or by contacting us by clicking here.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
