She Graduated in Sport and Recreation Business Management in Australia and worked 10 years alongside the executive team of Sport and Recreation Government. Carmen expanded her knowledge and has now been working in the Engineering field for the past 6 years.

Juliana Craft is the new Business Development Manager at Lexico. Originally from California and having lived in Birmingham, AL, and Raleigh, NC, Juliana brings a diverse background to her role. A recent graduate from UNC Greensboro with a degree in Business Administration where she also made her mark as a Division 1 tennis player. Outside of work, Juliana stays active with tennis, pickleball, working out, and she enjoys catching baseball games.

Travis Craft is an entrepreneur and engineer who has been in the wireless industry since 1994. He earned a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and an M.B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin, is iBwave Level 3 certified, and holds an FCC General Radiotelephone Operator License (GROL).
Travis Craft has designed and managed the installation of over 700 distributed antenna systems (DAS), including systems at the Chesapeake Arena, Cox Convention Center, and Neyland Stadium.
